1. SPACIOUS WELL MAINTAINED 3 DOUBLE BED 2 BATHROOM APARTMENT

Set within Ocean Village, Southampton, this apartment is part of a purpose built block constructed in 2003 and is well maintained, freshly decorated and everything works. The landlord is keen to ensure this continues. If anything does go wrong with the white goods, electrics or plumbing, there is a number to call British Gas who will put anything right at no cost. Similarly for the gas central heating, this is maintained by Potterton who are a call away, though nothing has gone wrong yet. For anything else, the landlord will attend.
The apartment has 3 good sized double bedrooms, one ensuite and one family bathroom. The kitchen/diner is modern and the sitting room suitably furnished with leather sofas, coffee table, sideboard and TV.
