Torus housing
Terrible service, Torus cut services to improve services they drive Tenants crazy.
Housing associations social housing and community benefit society's are incompatible.

Golden gates housing trust will leave a tenant on a no reply policy without an end is.my experience to date ignored over 4 years no joke.

No Reply from Tenants enquiries or Customers services leads to endless ignored complaints, Repairs missed appointments.
We hope we can edit this with a more indept 4 year battle
