Very bad experience.
House requires constant maintenance due to severe damp issues as well as plumbing and electrical issues.
Damp was extremely neglected by Flatline.
Very bad customer service from Flatline - very rude.
Was provided with next to nothing - no hoover, no fire extinguisher, no microwave etc
Flatline completely uncompromising to students - students expected to trim hedges and hire expensive cleaners for end of tenancy
House is nowhere near worth the extremely high cost.
Avoid like the plague.
