Bit of a strange one; great size upstairs flat, number two, in okay condition, Cupid do with a spruce, but liveable, £450 for rent which is very good for the size and location BUT I now realise it's probably that bit cheaper because of the lack of white goods and the terrible noise from the 24hr Banks's brewery opposite who also own the property. PROS: good location, close to town, train and tram stations, west park is next door and wonderful, Marstons as a landlord are great for the most part, attentive, understanding but they were a pain when doing up the flat downstairs but I'll let them off. CONS: Bathroom is rubbish, shower is crap, kitchen is rubbish, having no white goods isn't great when most landlords do, so we had no oven for months, the noise is a nightmare, if you sleep lightly this isn't the flat for you. Loading and unloading kegs at 4am to the tune of a reversing fork lift!
Overall a great property for youngsters who sleep heavy!
