This is a reasonably sized mid terrace house within 10 minutes walk of Chester city centre. It's situated on a cul-de-sac so suffers from no through traffic and is very quiet for a property located so close to the city centre. Again, for a property situated so close to the city centre parking is not really an issue and there are no parking restrictions on the street. In spite the Fire station and ambulance station being so close, sirens are not sounded until the vehicles are far enough away for it not to be a problem.
The house itself is of reasonable size with one double bedroom and a second somewhat smaller bedroom and a fully fitted bathroom upstairs, all of which are decorated to a reasonable standard.
Downstairs we have a reasonably sized and very basic living room and dining room, more and better placed sockets might be a good idea, but not really an issue.
The kitchen is well presented and possibly a touch small. The property comes with a fridge, a washing machine and a dishwasher (which I never used).
There is double glazing throughout but draughts mean that the house can get cold in the winter, a bit of imaginative draught excluding on my part left the house quite snug throughout the recent cold winter. I only had the heating on for 3 hours in the evening and I'm nesh.
The landlords are friendly and approachable and happy to do any essential work needed,
