I stayed in the house for a year. It was an excellent property with a helpful landlord. The only drawback was that it was advertised with a garden (which it had) however there was large construction project happening behind the property meaning that the erected scaffolding blocked out the sun. The local council did not warn us of it being erected and some of the scaffolding's support was actually put up in our garden without permission.
